Dallas Mavericks improved their NBA preseason record to 3-1 following the 99-96 win against Orlando Magic at American Airlines Center, Texas.
Going back, the Mavericks suffered a 112-89 first preseason defeat in Orlando last Friday, October 6 and they just returned the favor at home.
Rookie point guard Dennis Smith Jr. led the team with 16 points, seven assists and six rebounds in 26 minutes.
Meanwhile, Harrison Barnes scored 14 points and four rebounds while veteran All-Star Dirk Nowitzki added 10 points and six rebounds to beat the Magic. (Check 12BET for more Free Betting Tips)

In addition, Seth Curry, Jeff Withey, Johnathan Motley, and Josh McRoberts did not play for the Mavs because of the injuries.
On the other end, D.J. Augustin took in-charge for the Magic with 24 point and five assists in Aaron Gordon, Evan Fournier, Elfrid Payton, Bismack Biyombo and Terrence Ross’ absence.
Jonathan Simmons helped the Orlando with 19 points but they were shorthanded by Rick Carlisle’s men.
