Liverpool to host Everton in an FA Merseyside Derby

Liverpool are bound to host and welcome Everton for an FA Cup Merseyside derby after the draw for the third round was conducted earlier this week.

The match is the 18th time that local rivals have met in the FA Cup, but by far the earliest since 1932. The two clubs last faced off in the season 2011/12 semifinals where Liverpool won in the 2-1 clash.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace will hit the road to Brighton and Hove Albion for the second time this season in another edition of the M23 derby.
