Oracle Arena – Golden State Warriors snapped Minnesota Timberwolves’ five game winning streaks with a 125-101 victory at the Oracle Arena.
Even without injured Kevin Durant in the mix, the Splash Brothers were able to deliver their fifth straight win that improved their standings to 9-3 win-loss record.
Klay Thompson led the team with 28 points including the six made threes. Meanwhile, fellow splash brother Stephen Curry added a nearly triple-double with 22 points, eight assists and eight rebounds.
In addition, Andre Iguodala, who replaced Durant in the starting lineup, including Omri Casspi, Nick Young, and David West, has scored in double figures. (Check out 12BET for more Free Betting Tips)
“I actually kind of like these games when we have to sit somebody, in a weird way. It’s good for our team. We’re lucky. We’re in a position where we have so much talent that we can afford to miss one of our main guys and still be able to compete at a high level.” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said
On the other end, Andrew Wiggins just tallied a total of 17 points in Minnesota’s loss over Golden State. Karl Anthony Towns made 16 points and 12 boards while Jeff Teague and Taj Gibson each had 14.
