San Antonio Spurs made a season-high 15 three-pointers to capture their third straight victory against the Los Angeles Clippers at AT&T Center Arena.
LaMarcus Aldridge finished the game with 25 points and eight rebounds while Danny Green, Rudy Gay and Pau Gasol combined 65 points, making 11 of 15 from beyond the arc, to beat the Clippers, 120-107.
Green had 24 points, Gay scored 22 and Gasol added 19 as the Spurs dominated the third quarter by 40-21. (Check out 12BET for more Free Betting Tips)
”We had 33 assists, which is a great unselfish game, really good. A lot of people participated. Making shots does make things simpler. The ball moved, our pace was better, but our defense still needs to get better. That will take some time with all the new guys and the combinations that are out there right now.” Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said
For the Clippers, Austin Rivers led his team with 24 points and Lou Williams chipped in 17 for the loss where they slipped to 5-5 in standings.
Moving forward, the Silver and Black improved to 7-4 and they are set to host the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday, November 11 (GMT +8).
