For the fourth consecutive year, Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors will face each other again in the 2018 NBA Finals. However, All-Star forward Kevin Love is still questionable if he will be ready for Game 1.
According to Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue, Love still remains in a concussion protocol prior to the team’s road trip for Friday’s (GMT +8) opener against the Warriors at the Oracle Arena.

Going back, the 29-year-old star was not able to play Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals against Boston due to the incident happened in the previous game, where he and Celtic’s small forward Jayson Tatum clash heads.
In addition, Love was replaced by Jeff Green in the starting lineup in Game 7 and contributed 19 points with eight rebounds in the Cavs’ 87-79 thrilling victory.

Moving forward, the presence of Love, who has the ability to help superstar LeBron James, in Game 1 is going to be crucial as he is one of the key pillars of the Cavs roster despite of having a history of concussion problems.
The NBA Finals between LeBron and the Cavs versus Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and the defending champions Warriors will tip off at 9:00 AM (GMT +8) on Friday morning.
