Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund have set a deadline for Manchester United of 13 days if they would still pursue completing the £110 million deal for Jadon Sancho.
Sancho is bound to be back to Dortmund on Thursday inline with the start of the pre-season training before the German top-flight league kicks off again scheduled by mid-September.
Dortmund wants any deal for the England international done by August 10 when they leave for a pre-season training camp in Switzerland, despite the transfer window remaining open until October 5. many update of Football News you can read at Onlinebetnow trusted betting information and promotion site.
Unfortunately, reported by Sportsmail, Manchester United will refuse to meet Dortmund’s current valuation of the player despite preparing a move for the England international.
Sancho is currently Man United’s top priority acquiring in the transfer window, after their interest towards Jack Grealish had cooled down due to the cost from Aston Villa increased significantly, while the Old Trafford side are yet to make a formal offer for Sancho, with sources telling Sportsmail that reports in Germany of an opening bid of £89m being rejected are wide of the mark.
There has been no bid from Man United so far, but they are the only club to have made official negotiations with Dortmund.
They are also looking at alternatives, notably Kingsley Coman on loan from Bayern Munich, but their chances of convincing Sancho to come to Old Trafford will have been enhanced by them qualifying for the Champions League.
The England international, who joined Dortmund from City for £8m in 2017, has less than two years left on his contract at Dortmund and also interested to leave for the EPL club.
United do have more money to spend after qualifying for next season’s Champions League following their victory against Leicester on the final day of the Premier League season.
